An online platform for buying and selling used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the consumer experience at franchised stores
- Managing the aftersales customer process (warranty claims, servicing, etc) and experience
- Handling customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- Working with service providers to define and monitor service standards
- Customer follow up to determine adherence to service standards
Key Success Factors
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Approximately 5-7 years of work experience
- Prior automobile experience at either a Dealer or OEM in a customer service function
- Proven success in delivering excellent levels of customer service
- Responsive and results oriented
- Strong communication skills
