Job Title: Customer Service Head

General Responsibilities:

- Managing team of customer service champions with Leads and Quality analyst

- Developing and implementing processes to improve overall customer satisfaction levels.

- To resolve customer complaints real time coordinating with internal teams in order to meet customer service targets.

- To give regular feedback to merchandising department on fast moving product range to meet the supply & demand ratio.

- Conduct regular audit at all levels to ensure that non conformities are reduced to minimum and adhere to laid down policies and processes

- Monthly reviews with team lead on performance.

- Manpower Planning & development

- Performance reviews & appraisals

- Process documentation

- Ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns / queries with minimal turnaround time.

- Prepare presentations, and case studies relevant to the business needs

Requirements:

- Energetic & effervescent professional with 5+ years of rich & productive experience in Customer services, Sales, Operations and ready to take more challenges

- Committed team player, flexible in approach.

- Enthusiastic person with good communication skills, confident in presentation skills.

- Result oriented

- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in challenging environments.

- A proactive learner with a flair for adopting emerging trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives & profitability norms.

- An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
