- Develop customer activation programmes for all trade channels - Shopper Insighting and Engagement & Activation programs with shopper.
- New channel opportunity identification and strategy development.
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Route to market strategy, Defining productivity KPIs for the Trade
- Develop winning strategies at point of purchase
- Work closely with the BU Head Sales and the Branch Heads to deliver the sales plan
- Helping the verticals in the Trade BU meet their top-line sales objective
Skills:
- Experience of 11-14 years in FMCG company with at least 3-4 years of relevant Customer Marketing/ key account management experience.
- Expert in Channel Programs, GTM/RTM strategy, POS strategy, BTL, Category leadership
- Deep understanding of the key account management
- Should have high analytical abilities and good communication skills
