Head - Customer Marketing - FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of category Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives, including top-line growth, BTL expenditure targets, and distribution goals.
- Develop and implement the annual customer marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of monthly category activations and ensure flawless execution through regional counterparts.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and the GDSO team, to facilitate planning and objective delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional heads, Zonal Sales Managers, and brand teams to meet category and brand mandates.
Education Qualification & Experience :
- MBA from a Premier 'B' School
- Minimum 14-15 years of overall work experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior Sales Management role at the regional/national level
