We, ProPeople Consulting Group have been assigned by an MNC to identify CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Head for their unified Bengal circle. Details as below;
Organisation : Leading Telecom operator in India
Position : Head CLM - Marketing (Unified Bengal circle)
Location : Kolakata
Superior : Circle Marketing Head
Responsibilities:
- Heading entire Revenue and Base for Unified Bengal circle at the CLM Head role.
- Spearheading the Revenue stream for the entire pre-paid (voice) business
KRAs:
- Responsible for designing the product proposition to grow the usage & revenue
- Prepaid base management and achieving revenue target from the existing & new base
- Prepaid Churn management
- Drive Inflow and outflow matrix to enhance IRGS KPI.
- Drive Tertiary
- Revenue management by Decrement and PF products
- Member of the core product & innovation team to drive new initiatives, Value added products & services being launched by the company
- Involved in Business strategy planning, annual operating business plan formulations.
- Drive DHQ wise Revenue and Base KPIs
- Drive BTS wise Revenue and Base KPIs
- Revenue Strategies for LUT sites
- Campaign management
- Drive RGS activities from VLR base
- Segmented KPI drive
- MIS & BI interface
- Competition Benchmarking
- Adaptation of different communication mode and message engineering
- Coordination with CFT to get the product, Program and communication Lunch
