Product Management :

1. Manage and maintain sanity of the trading platforms like Mobile App, Web Trading, EXE and dealer terminal

2. Enhance new features like Robo Advisory and introduce new products to drive business, improve customer experience

3. Effectively monitor timelines for timely completion of project and ensure escalation in case of delay

Innovation and Change Management :

1. Responsible for managing the innovation process inside the organization that identifies strategies, business opportunities and new technologies

2. Define project / product road-map for the organisation including conceptualising UI / UX design and supervising Business Requirement documentation

3. Identify new market spaces. This includes analyzing trends and market disruptions and searching for emerging new market opportunities like Chatbots, voice recognition based IVR, AI/ML based recommendation engine, IOT, AR/VR etc.

Portal Management :

1. Conceptualize, design and enhance the fully responsive integrated trading platform with features for better customer experience

2. Effectively monitor timelines for timely completion of project and ensure escalation in case of delay

3. Manage and maintain sanity of the new portal. Ensure content is managed with timely updation of articles, videos, data etc.

4. Implement best SEO practices to improve page rankings and organic traffic to the portal

EXPERIENCE :

1. 12 - 15 years in Financial Industry pref. Broking/ Capital Markets

2. Updated about the current trends in digital space, market trends, latest disruptions, etc
