Job Description - In this role, you will be heading the complete Customer Experience for the organization globally.
You'll be responsible for delivery, adoption, consumption, renewals, customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Description :
- Manage all the complete customer life cycle from the time of on boarding.
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers, Service Account Managers and Technical Landscape owners.
- Improve customer satisfaction and advocacy with high NPS scores by ensuring impeccable service and delivery.
- Reduce Churn and increase renewals from large clients.
Profile :
- An ideal candidate is a customer-driven individual who has managed Cloud service delivery in the past
- Has had experience in managing teams and working with clients across the globe
- Has managed or been a part of customer surveys, NPS scores
- Has built a process to drive the outcome of customer success
