Head - Customer Experience (Online Financial Portal)
Head - Customer Experience will be responsible for analyzing and resolving various friction points that affect customer experience.
- This position requires excellent understanding of online and technical space linked with the financial industry.
- The company is into online financial services and this position will include improving customer experience by analyzing the data and coming up with solutions.
- Will analyze, conceptualize and execute enhancements on portal and app to improve rating, ranking, customer feedback, usage, and registration and aggregation %.
- Apart from executing system enhancements, he / She will be a customer's champion and will set up sustainable processes across the teams.
Experience : Has to have worked across teams in a product or service companies in similar roles, preferably from e-commerce industry.
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. MBA
