Description :

- Focus on improving customer satisfaction metrics across Offline and Online touch points

- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the product and operations


- Coordinate with global stakeholders to implement global policies


- Hire, train and mentor a team


Profile :

10 years minimum experience with a proven track record of CX management. You should have experience in Offline and Online retail. You must have worked in a global and matrix stakeholder management role.
