No. of Reportees: 3 Streams (CRM+ Mobile app, Social Media & Web, Business Analytics)
Job Responsibilities -
- Drive end to end strategy, design & delivery of CRM & Customer Analytics.
- Design & develop additional touch points (Web, Mobile application, Social Media etc.) & work with other stakeholders on developing next generation CRM roadmap
- Passionate in building Analytics, BI products and Data Science practice for Retail markets to multifold revenues
- Building strategies and predictive models to gauge consumer behavior to strengthen customer retention, loyalty
- Manage Customer Insights & Analytics for all participating categories & Formats.
- Create new analytical frameworks to create - Action-Oriented - Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior & product categories across participating formats to provide thought leadership on identifying & recommending opportunities across formats & category specific initiatives
- Responsible for Conceptualizing, deployment & Analytics of Intelligent campaigns for all participating formats;
- Manage communication (& channels) to Loyal customers for all formats
