- Drive Customer Engagement strategy and programs.
- Have a cross-functional view (Sales/ Marketing/ Commercial effectiveness, CRM)
- Improve Sales Force Effectiveness thru data analytics & insights using internal & external data.
- Effectively engage affiliate management and cross functional teams in rolling out engagement strategy
- Support strategic Business Planning - New product launches etc.
- Build strong metrics to measure impact of marketing activities/ campaigns and incentive planning for field staff.

- 10-12 years experience in similar domain
- Previous experience in consulting would be a big plus
