Principal Accountabilities:
- Craft strategies for Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Lead all strategic and tactical alliances for the business focused on driving customer acquisition and synergies.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Design and develop branded content and advertising campaigns at strategic and tactical levels.
- Lead the team to formulate and successfully execute the annual marketing calendar and programs through digital channels, social media and catchment activations, primarily focused on driving footfalls into the stores.
- Lead the team to formulate e-commerce strategy and drive online sales.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- New product launch strategies and defining the product, its key USP, Marketing communication/initiatives, placement plan & sell through plan.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Lead customer analytics and retention strategies to drive repeat purchase and contribution.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Lead new store expansion - Strategy and go-to-market.
- Strong business acumen
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
