Hiring for Head of Curriculum - K12 - Premium Institute

Head Curriculum - The Curriculum & Pedagogy Head leads the strategic design for the academic solution that meets the needs of students, teachers, and parents of affordable private schools.

Reporting to : Co-founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO)

Qualifications : Masters/Ph.D. in Education from a top global Institute.

Experience : At least 10+ years of work experience in child pedagogy and curriculum design.

- International exposure to content design

- Research contributions to child learning pedagogy preferred

Job location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- As part of the leadership team, lead the innovation and strategic blueprint for the academic solution to deliver on the long term mission of the organization.

- Lead pedagogy, design and quality assurance teams to ensure high quality error free content is sent to teachers and students.

- Build subject matter capability within the teams by bringing global best practices in pedagogy, design and quality assurance.

- Must have experience handling large team strength

- Proven working experience in designing and creating learning solutions.

- Proven experience in the usage of technology in education.

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
