Head/CTO - R&D - Chemicals/Industrial/Mfg

Position: Head of R&D - Chief Technology Officer

Reports to : Board of Directors, India

Main Tasks & Challenges:

- Further development of the Operations / Production in India

- Further development of the Mixing Area; localization of highTec components for the Indian market

- Build-up of a local Technology and Innovation / Product Development Team for the Indian market

- Enlargement of the product portfolio and production technologies (The product portfolio will grow from catering for the Automotive Industry to application for the General Industry)

- Build-up of an IT platform, with interphase to company and complying with standards

- Strong interphase with headquarters in Europe and the Americas regarding technology, products, processes, localization of content etc.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong technical background

- Management experience in an international company

- Experience in dealing with international customers (desirable also Japanese OEMs)

- Studies and/or work experience abroad

- Potential to grow within the next 3 to 5 years into a larger responsibility
