A leading Media Company is looking for Head - CSR Sales
Looking for candidates with the below mentioned skills & experience:
- Establishing connections, fostering relationships, and negotiating partnerships with corporate clients to align their CSR objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with large conglomerates and MNCs for CSR funding opportunities.
- Present compelling value propositions, impact reports, and case studies to demonstrate the benefits of investing funds in CSR initiatives.
- Lead the negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements, including terms of funding, project scope, deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, preferably in the CSR, nonprofit, or social impact sector.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships with decision-makers and influencers in large conglomerates, MNCs, and CSR circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility.
