Reporting into the CEO, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Formulate CSR policy and strategy in light with legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements
- Plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, plan risk mitigation and have governance, audits & checks in place
- Delivery of existing initiatives. Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the planned initiatives (TB free Haryana, Mission Stop Dengue, immunization programs, vaccine drives, development of OPD's at village level etc.)
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGO's, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR strategy of organization
- Responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate, building capacity for Corporates/ funders, garnering corporate volunteers & also engaging them for delivery
- Monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program)
- Compile Quarterly & Financial reports on various projects
- CSR reporting, interface with Board of Directors, CSR committee
- Co-ordinate all CSR related media interactions
- Create/conceptualize and design CSR content for Website and other social media handles
- Gauge adherence to financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation standards
- Explore new upcoming CSR initiatives undertaken by corporate and government agencies
ABOUT CANDIDATE:
An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits:
Functional :
- Preference will be someone who has been / was associated with healthcare organization and understand healthcare service delivery model in India (care giving, public health, immunization/vaccination, remote outreach initiatives etc.) but we are comfortable with someone from other sector as well
- Has setup healthcare camps, experienced in managing multiple outreach initiatives
- Good in managing various stakeholders (management team, board members, various NGOs, gram panchayat representatives, local authorities, office of respective CMO & other internal teams)
- Can program manage multiple projects/sub projects
- Skilled in MS Office & program management tools
Behavioral :
- Who feels for the healthcare sector and believes in making an impact to the community by delivering appropriate services
- Is a go-getter and passionate to deliver in an ever changing, complex & dynamic environment
