Head - Cross Sell - Digital - BFSI
The Role :
- Drive cross sell as a P&L responsibility
- Head Cross sell will lead all the Cross Sell endeavors across channels.
- The role would also anchor Digital Transformation & Predictive Analytics.
- Responsible for meeting the cross sell volume & penetration across all existing channels
- Planning and execution of campaigns for lead generation and sales.
- Devise and implement statistical models on predictive analytics, modelling, performance
optimization and AI.
- Set up and manage Tele-assisted Sales platforms.
The Person :
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Cross Sell, Setting up & managing Lead Management Systems & Analytics, Digital & Performance Marketing Campaigns for Cross Sell.
- The person must have managed Cross Sell his / her last role but with exposure to digital transformation or ecommerce or management of digital assets along with analytics.
- Should have experience in managing contact center too.
