Head Cross Sell Centre of Excellence
Job Description and Purpose :
- Delivering product innovation & project management/implementation through team of COE [Centre of Excellence] for three consumer cross sell businesses - Personal Loan Cross Sell / Salaried Home Loans / Urban Gold Loans.
- Purpose of COE is to ensure right product proposition & strong business delivery through - Product innovation, Process excellence, Better leveraging data & campaign capabilities & developing new platforms.
- Head COE role is to ensure effective delivery of the above through COE verticals providing thought leadership, ideation & right solutioning, translating them to business metric gains & increase market share gaining
Product & Process :
Enable Business heads to increase the speed of business through strong :
Product : Innovation & strong suit
Proposition : Ideate, design & deliver to business sharper products & service tools
Processes : Streamlined processes to increase speed
Pricing : Right price for right segments, ensuring business profitability
Promotions for customers & employees : to increase conversion & delivery
Projects & System capabilities :
- Identify projects & improvement opportunities for each business
- Define scope & benefits envisaged from projects
- Design approach & solution for identified projects
- Translate business/project requirements in to technology requirements effectively & ensure correct builds for desired business delivery
Data & campaign responsibilities :
- Through analytics & campaign verticals of the team ensure right campaign & data feed to business for effective delivery with high efficiency
- Understanding of Data mart & other campaign management tools
- Work closely with BIU & risk for right policy implementation & system enhancements
- Understand data enrichment requirements of business, initiate & delivery right tools & platforms for the same
Team delivery & effective business goals achievement :
- Ensure delivery of each COE vertical through right review & performance mechanism
- Align project metrics to business deliverables, track & publish to all stakeholders
- Effective team management, right skill identification, enhancement & creating right subject matter expertise
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- Should have min 15-16 year of experience overall. Age below 40 years mandatory and locational mobility is important
- Prior experience in Product/Projects/Call center/campaign management role is a must
- Sound Understanding of product & sales processes with exposure to data and basic analytics
- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree, Preference for IIM or Premier Institute background from batch of 2000 or 2001
- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
