Job Description :

- The candidate must be people oriented with special focus on building up the processes required .

- Must have had extensive experience of CRM handling.

- Must be adept in formulating and building up strategic roadmaps for the operations team.

- Should be able to implement the strategic initiatives formulated at all levels.

- Must have handled smooth collections of payments from the customer in a timely and effective manner without disturbing the professional relationship.
