Job Description - A chance to lead the CRM department of a leading real estate firm.

Description :
Candidate must have at least 8-10 years track record working experience in real estate industry and must be familiar with real estate marketing and record keeping.
1. Work on one to one basis with customers on apartment bookings, up to possession and hand over
2. He/ She must have thorough knowledge about RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
3. He/ She should have strong record-keeping skills as per RERA.
4. Must prepare sales reports and report to management on inventory unsold, Balances due from customers, handle cancellation documentation and related reporting and follow-ups.
5. Handle and track customer mails.
6. Provide professional support to customers on phone and mail regularly.
7. Must coordinate with top management and across the company and help to execute meetings and events.
8. Must have strong networking skills to push HNI sales.
9. Must travel extensively on personal visits to attend customer sales calls, arrange for site visits and accompany the customer on the same.
Profile :
1. The candidate must be accessible to the existing customers and handle all work routine activities independently.
2. Must be able to work under pressure.
3. Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
4. Must be very computer savvy with thorough knowledge in MS Office, Outlook appointments and Tasks management.
5. Must be a go getter and handle senior management delegated tasks.
6. Must be very focused and conversant on the sales policy of the company.
7. Must hold information confidential and work with commitment and integrity.
8. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
9. Must have thorough knowledge about market prices, competitors selling rates in the real estate industry and bank home loan rates.
10. Must be very neat and presentable with excellent body language.
11. Must be available to address & resolve customer queries on a timely basis.
12. Must have an experience of managing Collections/Accounts Receivables & update the systems on a regular basis.
13. Ability to lead & manage a large team.
