Head CRM - Manufacturing
Job Role:
1. Business Process reorientation and improvements as per consumer journey and experience.
2. Maximise efficiency of CRM data and soft to improve customer care.i
3. Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as customer service.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to set up SFDC process
5. Maintaining and improving data management process and accuracy.
6. Analysing data to inform business development and campaigns
7. Collaborating with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives.
8. Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system and provide an effective sales funnel.
9. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
10. Enhance Customer Experience Portal for better customer experience
11. Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.
12. Collecting and analysis customer data. Data mapping
13. Analytics and insights
14. Track metrics and trends like conversion, progression, pipeline build up

- Must have great analytical skills, good communication and organization skills and be a good collaborator.
- A high level of proficiency in using CRM software is a necessity
- Must have good problem solving abilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
