An extremely large and highly respected Automobile company has entrusted us with the selection of Head – CRM & Analytics

Educational Qualifications: BE / M. Stat / MBA

Experience: Min 10 to 12 yrs post PG.

Location: Mumbai

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1. Analyse the Sales CRM System:

- Data analysis on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.

2. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, & communications programs, campaigns & strategies and thus calculating Market Return on Investment. Strategy Validation and Recommendations- Segmentation, Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting

3. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution and making use of survey results to create marketing campaigns, discount schemes, exchange programmes, etc. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyze collected data. Seek and provide information to determine the position in the marketplace.

4. Have deep understanding of worldwide Automotive Industry dynamics by analyzing and monitoring global trends in areas of fuel pricing; government legislation, compliance; alternative fuel cells, etc.
