Heading Credit for the entire organization covering the Wholesale Banking/Corporate Banking/Structured Finance/Project Finance and Purchase and sale of Portfolios

- Set up & development of credit & risk management strategies for acquisition ensuring sustainable business growth & healthy portfolio for the products based on scorecard model underwriting & robust portfolio behavior monitoring.

- Drive of being an enthusiastic and constructively contributing team member.

- Effective team management skills of leading a team with perfect synchronisation.

- Skilled in designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures, sanctioning to customers in compliance with eligibility and other policy guidelines of the company while ensuring lowest levels of delinquency in the credit portfolio.

- In-depth financial knowledge in Banking & Finance segment.

- Planning, Budgeting, Development of policies, processes and hands on experience in area of Credit.

- Focused analytical approach towards cost optimisation.
