Head - Credit Syndicate - BFSI

Job Description :

- Leading the Banks and FIs sales of Syndicated Debt to achieve financial closure of projects

- Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors at middle and senior level for fund raising

- Negotiations with financial lenders / investors for financial closure

- Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modeling, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues

- Supervision of legal documentation
