Head Credit - NBFC Small ticket LAP MSME (10-15 Years) (CA/IIM/FMS/MDI/IMT)

Our client is a NBFC & part of world's largest Financial services company.

Position - Head Credit

Minimum 3 years experience in small ticket LAP (MSME)

- We seek a highly effective & competent individual who will head the complete Credit Function for the company across product line - LAP (MSME), CD Loan, Affordable housing & gold loan

- Someone who can handle PAN India team of Credit underwriters

- Excellent credit underwriting experience, capable of building policy

- Good in Credit risk etc.

- Credit Reviews - This would include doing good bad analysis - picking up good & bad files & analyzing what went wrong and what was done correctly in those cases and ensuring the feedback goes back to the ground level sales & credit teams.

- Trainings to the field credit & hind sighting teams. Effective training and timely communication of policy changes.
