- Underwriting Head for mortgage loans at Mumbai

- Personal Discussion with Large corporates and mid-sized entrepreneurs and analysis of their business model, cash flow, financial trend and decisioning on the cases

- Responsible for Underwriting, presentation, recommendation and review of large ticket proposals to the Chief Risk Officer

- Sanctioning product policy /credit and process deviation approvals

- Portfolio / Loan book Management

- Mortgage Process, Vendor & TAT management
