We have a requirement for the Chief Risk Officer with a top growing NBFC in Delhi location   Candidate must have experience in Corporate & Retail credit Experience  Find below the JD for the said position.   Position: Head Credit & Risk.  Educational qualification: CA, CFA or MBA from reputed institute   Required experience: 10-15 years of work experience in "corporate finance" & "retail finance"   Key responsibilities include:   1. Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation.   2. Regular Credit Risk Portfolio Monitoring and Collateral Management/Monitoring for checking and controlling on Frauds/Delinquencies.   3. Ensuring that the necessary back office IT, administrative and control systems are in place   4. Hold responsibility for implementation of high standards of internal control and procedures in order to safeguard the institutions operations assets and data.   5. Define a risk-based approach to identifying, monitoring, measuring and reporting various types of Credit/operational and market risks and liaise with the related departments to ensure the framework is in place across the bank   6. Monitor capital adequacy by estimating the Company's risk weighted assets, Tier I and Tier II capital   7. Perform review of the company's products and processes and provide risk mitigation controls Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) indicators/ parameters   8. Overseeing operational & support functions including Admin and IT and ensuring proper and excellent services are provided   9. Managing efficiency and effectiveness of Call centre for customer requests   Desired skills:   - Industry knowledge (including legal, policy, compliance & technical framework)   - Sound risk judgment & decision making skills   - Proficient in industry standard software applications   - Strong team building and leadership skills   - Good communications & interpersonal skills   - Proficient in spoken & written English  Ketan
