Head - Credit Management - Banking/Loans

- Evaluate and process the loan applications to ensure the business targets are achieved in a Risk mitigated efficient way.

- Understand the file process and review compliance to the defined norms

- Co-ordinate with other related functions like Sales, Legal & Post Disbursement

- Provide value add for process change to improve quality of files inwards

- Work with the business teams to ensure that the targets are achieved in consensus with the regulatory requirements and organizational protocol

- Manage and groom the team to meet the individual contribution
