Salary: 60,00,000 to 70,00,000 Indian Rupees

Job Description:

ROLE- HEAD OF CREDIT - CONSUMER BUSINESS

LOCATION- MUMBAI OR BANGALORE

EXPERIENCE- OVER 10 YEARS in digital lending especially in consumer durable loans and personal loans

Description-

- To ideate, develop, set up and execute the Credit Appraisal and Risk Management Organization of the consumer lending business of the company

- Formulation & implementation of underwriting strategy and changes in underwriting policy

- Interacting with cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms

- Analyzing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market

- Analysis of portfolio and ensuring Portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews & delinquency control

- Hands-on management of the entire team to ensure the achievement of business targets

- To build next-generation capabilities by harnessing the multiplier impact of analytics, eclectic information sources and technology

- Play an activist role in increasing the analytics and technology intensity of the business

- Act in conjunction with the top leadership to achieve the strategic vision of the organization

Key Success Criteria

- Overall work experience more than 10 years in digital lending especially in consumer durable loans and personal loans

- Experience in managing the credit / risk management processes in FinTech companies is desirable but not essential

- Understanding of digital loans credit appraisal and portfolio / risk management

- Open and curious mindset with a focus on continuous self-improvement

- Logical thinker who is focuses on the solution as opposed to the tried-and-tested approach
