We have an opening with one of our client for Credit Collection Head Role.

Domain: 14+ years of experience only from NBFC or Fintech Company

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Description:

1) Managing large portfolio of SME Secured and Unsecured Loans.

2) Created various payment channels for SME which includes Auto Debits, Net Banking and MPOS machines.

3) Built various analytical models using Time Series and risk series to have create allocation logic's for better efficiencies.

4) Review collection controls, processes and critical parameters weekly with collection team.

5) Coordinate with Risk and Sales team for various inputs related to portfolio and various suggestions for business expansions and opening some customer segments.

6) Secured Portfolio Manage Net Forward Flows and loss numbers.

7)Unsecured Portfolio manage minimum Forward Flow % and save Loss to AR%
