- Draft and Implement credit policy

- Design credit risk infrastructure

- Head PAN india Colections

- Formulate collection strategy using analytics and data insight

- Manage various collections teams - Telecollections, Field and Agency channel

- Manage relationships with collections teams of partnered Banks/NBFCs across the country

Profile :

- Experience in managing credit and collections
