To be responsible for managing the growth and profitability of the bank's unsecured portfolio by developing new products, portfolio programs, sales support and ongoing marketing promotions, specifically :
- Own the P&L for unsecured business in India (both Credit Cards & Personal Loans)
- Development & Roll out of new products & portfolio programs
- Enhance Spends & Usage programs
- Develop and implement alternate payment mechanisms
- Work closely with other markets & Group team, to absorb best practices into India & South Asia
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial : Accountable for meeting annual business targets
- New Partnerships Conceptualize, propose, develop and tie up with new partners & alliances as well as co brands
- Spends Management: Increase card spends via various tie-ups & online options
- Portfolio Management: Drive higher interest income through various programs
- Enhance product value through campaigns and promotions. Conceptualize, propose and manage the execution of short term campaigns and promotions to increase customer base, business numbers and add to the product value proposition.
- Identify and grow new revenue streams through product and process innovations. Tie up with external partners as well as internal business teams for same.
- Improve customer engagement by focusing on customer lifecycle management for creating Early activation programs, usage programs, upgrade strategy, retention offers
- Service Management Interface closely with the Service Quality unit and support units to ensure effective handling and resolution of customer issues pertaining to portfolio offerings.
- Ensure adherence of self and team to KYC and AML norms and standard
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Looking at only returning Indian profiles
