Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Credit Card & Credit Line on UPI (CC & CL UPI) business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy for both credit cards and credit lines offered through UPI. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including credit policy, risk management, product development, marketing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Credit Card and lending strategy for Credit Line on UPI.

- Oversee the credit policy, risk management, product development, and marketing for Credit Card and Credit line on UPI.

- Ensure regulatory compliance for all CC & CL UPI products and processes.

- Lead and manage teams responsible for Credit Card/CL UPI technology and underwriting.

- Analyze market trends and design innovative CC & CL UPI products for a quick go-to-market strategy.

- Collaborate with various partners for marketing and develop a best-in-class rewards management program for CC & CL UPI.

- Manage profit and loss (P&L) and budget for CC & CL UPI business, and monitor key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.

- 10-12 years of experience in credit cards, consumer lending, or payments industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong understanding of the Indian credit card and UPI market dynamics.

- Experience in developing and launching new credit card and lending products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to achieve financial targets and manage expenses effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
