- Setting Sales & Collection target and ensuring achievement from all channels.

- Strategize credit revenue cycle for ECHS, CGHS, Government, Insurance, Corporate and other customers.

- Activities execution for the Institutions and Corporate clients for revenue enhancement

- Managing Regulatory Compliances for all network hospitals

- Reassess the organization structure, KRAs, credit collections monitoring and reporting framework and enhance payer engagement to improve debtor days.

- Design and implement end to end bill management to collections program

- Measure billing life cycle parameters and collection metrices to facilitate and expedite collections outcomes including opportunities with billing and financial systems.
