EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS Post Graduate in Advertising / Mass Communication
EXPECTED OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 7-8 yrs
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )
- Lead the station creative solutions team
- Work closely with the sales & programming teams in coming up with out-of-box fresh ideas as per client's brief to develop Radio Advertisements
- Write commercial and promotional copy in support of the station's sales, marketing and promotion efforts.
- Works closely with sales, marketing and promo team to maximize revenue generation.
- Assist in designing, coordinating, and presenting marketing/promotions programs, publicity efforts, and advertising campaigns; participate in identification and resolution of related problems.
- Conceptualizing, developing, producing, and managing all client solution initiatives.
- Plan and strategize for client-led campaigns. Prepare proactive creative pitches
- Ideate, innovate and execute campaigns, contests & promotions
- Write creative Ad copies as per the briefs received from sales team / clients
- Oversee the quality of production of creative sales pitches
- Effective presentation and selling skills
- Excellent team player who has to lead by example and bind the team together to function as one tight unit
- Help in Designing saleable features / AFP's / Properties / Proactive Pitches
- Assist National Creative Head in all creative functions: ideate, innovate, supervise/Execute on:
- Campaigns
- Contests
- Promotions
- Concepts

- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with knowledge of marketing media

- Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes, and available resources.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule in a highly charged team environment.
- Team player with the ability to stick to time deadlines.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Skill set required to do the job- Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)
- Experience in advertising and communication, or having worked in an ad agency/ digital content house or any electronic media - in client solutions/ creative team/ programming, etc.
- Should be an Advertisement copy writer with an Ad Agency
