Head - Creative Services
Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for creating and delivering the best-in-class design creatives, continually evolve design ideation, implementation and fulfilment, whilst maintaining keen understanding of the competitive environment, as well as evolving consumer and design trends.
- Must be adept in Team/Stakeholder Management, Project Management and Vendor Management capabilities, and being quality-focused, deadline and result oriented.
- This role requires to maintain tight inter-department alignment for all creative briefs, brainstorming and curation discussions with various Business Stakeholders like Marketing, Content, CLM, and must understand stated Business Objectives that the Design team needs to deliver to extending to CTR and other defined business goals.
- Bring an OTT platform, leading excellent copy writers team knowing how, and engaging promos is a must.
- Provide guidance in writing relevant, catchy, and creative copies within restrictive space that connects with the desired TG and drives action. Managing stakeholders and content marketing team to ensure.
- Allocation and distribution of responsibilities. Conceptualize and strategies enhancement of creative output by maximum utilization of resources.
- Vendor management and cross functional collaboration to bridge the gap between business requirements and creative executions.
- Ensure timely and errorless completion of deliverables and maintain quality as per brand guidelines. Conduct timely analysis to keep creative ideas and aesthetic flowing as per market trends.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 18-20 years creative experience in entertainment industry, Digital ecosystem, eCommerce set up or Mainline creative agency.
- Previously you have handled the Creative Head role and lead a team of a minimum of 30 people.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking / Business goals understanding on projects.
- Evidenced track record in platform design, publicity design, marketing collaterals.
- Has managed multiple assignments simultaneously, working efficiently under pressure in a result-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
