Head/CPO/CHRO - Mandate with a Mid-sized Services Organization ! Chennai

Our client is a Chennai Head Quartered Services firm having operations across India. They are growing rapidly and need to hire an HR professional who can create strategies so that the HR can lead the growth. Understandably, this is a confidential search.

The key role of the incumbent is to align HR processes to the overall business objectives and directly influence people practices in line with the overall culture of the company. The incumbent will bring in the strategic HR leadership perspective and will play the role of inspiring others towards the HR function. Therefore he/she will have to have the experience of playing an strategic influencer for change management in an organization.

The ideal HR Professional would be :

- A good education (MBA in HR is not really compulsory if you have the right experience)

- Have 15+ years of experience in Human Resources (a stint on the business side is welcome)

- Have been a CHRO for a small to mid sized firm for at least 3 years

- Have experience in creating and executing HR Strategies

- Have experience in understanding the business and aligning HR Process and Strategies to business goals

- Have experience in Leading a transformational agenda across the organization

- Have Strong business acumen and business partnership ethos; Partners with business to turn talent into a competitive advantage

- Have great communication, strong personality and be very ethical

- Be ready to relocate to Chennai
