Role Overview :

They are seeking an exceptional professional to join them as the Head of Coverage Banker to cover the BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities :

- Drive Revenue Generation: Take ownership of revenue targets and develop business opportunities within the BFSI sector across public and private markets.

- Strategic Deal Negotiation: Successfully negotiate and close deals, aligning with set objectives and delivering exceptional outcomes.

- Client Base Expansion: Expand and diversify our client base, cultivating relationships with existing clients and identifying new leads.

- Compelling Presentations: Lead the creation of captivating pitch books, deliver impactful client presentations, and formulate strategic positioning and deal strategies.

- Industry Network Development: Foster relationships with key industry players, executives, and decision-makers to enhance their market presence.

- Transaction Oversight: Oversee due diligence, analysis, and documentation for private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance transactions.

- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Leverage existing client relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities within their extensive network.

Experience :

- Minimum of 14+ years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals within the BFSI sector.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain a robust deal pipeline and deliver exceptional results.

Qualification : MBA from a reputable institution or CA with an MBA.
