Head of Counselling
- The person will take the topline ownership by meeting sales target for the organization success. The incumbent will provide his/her inputs in formulating strategies and convert the leads.
- He/she will be responsible for end to end management of leads-from identifying qualified leads, nurturing them, following up and closure.
- The person will provide feedback to marketing team on leads and help in finding right leads by analyzing data and leads responses.
- In nut-shell, the counselling head will be one of the key persons and his/her success will determine the success of the organization.
