Our Client is a subsidiary company of leading group Co., Japan and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Our client is into Consumer Finance Business based out of Mumbai. They are looking for the above position to support their Indian business plan:

Job Profile :

- Heading the Corporate Business Strategy planning, developing, roll -out and monitoring

- Budget Planning, Finalization, Monitoring and controls

- Formulating, implementing and monitoring Strategic Plans for domestic business

- Continuously analyzing the business environment around the strategic business segments

- Undertake research Studies for effective decision making and comprehensive analysis.

- Provide Business Planning & Analysis to facilitate gathering, interpreting and conveying financial information in an analytical manner which supports financial planning.

- Develop comprehensive but targeted and insightful reports / presentations to the management

- Summarize findings and recommendations to inform senior management decision-making.

- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or trends.

- Analysis on Industry, Competition, Profitability, Financial strength etc.

- Expense Analysis and Reporting

- Cost Reduction/Rationalization Initiatives

- Streamlining and standardization of processes

- Develop presentations for Senior Management

- Ensuring long term viability, competitiveness and preparing the business to face challenges.

- Business Monitoring, Industry studies, Monitoring competition & analyzing market intelligence.

- Product Planning in line with the market trend and strategy

- Stay up-to-date with the industry regulatory updates

- Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization

- Coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities

- Periodically review of business and provide inputs to the Management

- Assist CEO / MD in analysis and various strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination.

Qualification : MBA (full time from a reputed institute)

Experience :

- 10 - 15 years relevant experience in Corporate Strategy with BFSI sector. Must have strong Financial Analytical Skills, Business Strategy, Strategy Planning, Product Planning, Market Intelligence.
