Job Description - The Head ED Office and Corporate Strategy will be responsible for directing strategic planning efforts, leading cross-functional strategic projects impacting P&L, developing new and actionable insights into industry/competitive dynamics, and preparing reports, presentations, and other project deliverables for both internal and external use.

Description :
- Formulate Corporate 3 Years' Risk based strategy with the Board and ESC and formulate Corporate AOP
- Implement and update Departmental Risk Registers aligning with Corporate Risk Register
- Formulate and Implement BCP and DR for the Company and Departments and training & implement EHS & CSR at plants aligning to Corporate ESG goals & training & development programs in these areas
- Formulate and Implement Corporate ESG initiatives, EHS and CSR at HO, Company Sustainability Report and formulate training & development in these areas
- Drive and lead P&L measurement, P&L control, and improvement projects via a large team of analysts and program managers
- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas
- Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Conduct analysis on topics such as new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities
- Develop strategic presentations and materials for use both internally and externally, including Investor Day and other conferences and forums
- Create a build or buy analysis in support of business case development
- Prepare materials on business performance, market opportunities, and deep dive topics
- Partner with business leaders to drive innovation and diversification agendas
- Continuously monitor and evaluate goals and identify opportunities for improvement
Profile :
- Post Graduate degree from premier institutes
- Knowledge about any other key languages would be a plus
- 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, product or general management
- History of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders and exhibiting executive presence
- Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems
- Excellent consultative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to champion continuous change and consult with versatility
