- Manage both buy-side and sell-side conversations for the Desk and portfolio companies.

- Strategies deals, market entry assessment, financial modelling, and business plan development

- Develop presentations, reports, collaterals to manage all external communications and address key information's requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, foster opportunities that align with the strategic goals

- Thorough understanding of fundraising, investor relations or managing large sized deals

- Well-structured logical thinking and exceptional communication skills

- Strong financial modelling and business strategy skills
