- Responsible for creating and implementing standard policies for company by incorporating the vision into programs and their execution.

- Lead strategic thinking and planning efforts. Design, implement and manage a comprehensive strategic development plan around the focus areas. Focus strategic development plan on key problem areas like hunger, malnutrition & anemia especially for the children, adolescents & women, including developmental programs that help eradicate malnutrition sustainably.

These include village development programs that help create local employment, water management, mobilizing communities to take greater responsibility for collective upliftment.

- Development of program guidelines for programs around our Factory

- Location and provide guidance as required.

- Regular update to board and implementation of action plan as per board approvals.

- Build strong networking/partnership with government institute/academia/NGO operating in Food / Nutrition space such as GAIN, UNICEF,

- Micro nutrition institute in order to Create community awareness of the goals and objectives of the Foundation and collaboration opportunities.

- Build a strong key opinion leader framework and working team to influence key nutrition agenda and key focus area.

- Create and recommend an annual budget. Assess the foundation's financial performance relative to the annual budget. Management of funds, CSR and records maintenance, including due diligence and oversight.

- Ensuring adherence to all statutory compliance.

- Fundraising- Identify and approach potential fundraising opportunities for projects from individuals, corporates or the Government

- Monitor and update on public policy and trends that could effect or support the policy and action plan

- Public Relations- Identify opportunities for media coverage to showcase the work of the foundation and be proactive to avoid or dilute any crisis situations. Promote and communicate using Social Media and website.
