We have urgent requirement for corporate Services for MNC in Hyderabad

ROLE SUMMARY

An experienced manager, an innovative, energetic, self-starter, thriving on challenge, having the drive and resilience to see a job through, and set and observe high standards of customer service.

Responsible for ensuring the team deliver effective management, finance, procurement, human resources, IT and estate services.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead a team of currently 4 managers and overall responsibility for HR, Office and Finance and IT related matters

- Provide direction and motivation to the team to deliver a high level service to all customers and stakeholders.

- Ensure overall efficient and effective operation of corporate services work.

- Overall management of related administrative activities and assisting the Regional Director in the planning, budgeting and reporting processes

- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and systems for the different Functions and deliver effective, efficient and professional operation.

- Manage budget in accordance with corporate policies to ensure on-budget expenditure and value for money.

- Prepare monthly, annual and ad hoc reports to senior managers on budget management, including budget projections and spending to date.

- Coordinate requests for additional budget funds or refund of surplus funds to/from London central Finance team.

- Oversee accounts to ensure proper financial controls are in place and being followed.

- Drive improvements to the Human Resources policies and processes

- Provide expertise on recruitment, compensation, and performance pay processes as needed; review and authorise local employment offers.

- Ensure locally-employed staff pay scales and performance related bonuses are reviewed regularly and fairly. Ensure expenditure on pay remains within budget allocation.

- Interface with all company suppliers e.g. HR, Accounting, Payrolling, IT etc.

- Implement and develop corporate policies and best practices on Procurement, ensuring maximum value for money.

- Oversee management of external contracts with local suppliers and vendors as necessary

- Oversee the management and organization of the infrastructure including offices, IT, communication etc.

- Oversee estate management, ensuring the office, is fully operational as required, underpinned by an on-going proactive maintenance schedule and value for money.

- Ensure full compliance with corporate procedures, including local and UK health and safety regulations and policies

- Coordination with the headquarter in London for administrative, Finance and HR matters

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential Desirable

Qualifications/Education - Degree in business administration or a related field, or recognized professional qualification in HR management, finance or other relevant area

Knowledge/Skills - Proven educational or practical knowledge of the financial industry

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, with very good attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast moving working environment.

- Excellent customer service skills and accuracy in follow-up tasks are a must

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders

- Flexible, resilient under pressure and decisive with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines.

- Strong IT computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet

Background in accounting, finance, budgets, human resources or estates

Experience - At least 8-10 years professional experience in a managerial capacity including managing staff

The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
