We have been mandated aWe have been mandated by a large global conglomerate into Metal, Mining & SEZ business is looking for a specialist in Corporate Services for its Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
Designation : Head - Corporate Services
Reporting : General Manager (Corporate Services)
Location : Odisha
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in any discipline.
Desired Experience (years) :
- Ensure Documentation, Budget monitoring, MIS related to R&R, Land & Lease, Security and administration.
Minimum Experience : 15 Years.
- Must possess knowledge in Land & Lease acts and rules, R&R policies of Govt of Odisha.
- Should be excellent in relationship management.
- Must possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, networking and liasoning skills.
Objective :
- Responsible for supervising and monitoring R&R and CSR efforts, Security, Administration,
- Land & Estate Management and ensuring a healthy working environment in and around the Industrial Park by managing the various stakeholders.
Major Deliverable:
Policy Formulation & Compliance:
- Ensuring that the R&R Policy at the Industrial Park complies with the R&R policy of Odisha Govt. Documentation of good practices/achievements and sending them to the communications team
- Ensuring Security and Administration, Land & Lease policies are formulated and are in place and complied.
Monitoring implementation:
- Making sure there are no gaps between policy & actual implementation.
- Maintaining MIS to review the progress of implementation Indicating gaps and coordinating gaps between different stakeholders to ensure implementation of timely remedial measures through specific or policy-level intervention.
Grievance handling :
- Counselling DPs and PAPs or any stakeholders for any grievances
- Facilitate monthly review of progress in mitigating grievance/ complaints.
- Facilitating any third party for impact evaluation
- Coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure that the complaints raised are resolved.
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Maintaining Corporate relations.
- Liaising with HR and other departments.
- Oversee Security and Administration of Industrial Park.
- Managing tasks related to land acquisition.
- Coordination with Legal, Planning Department and Management.
- Liasoning, coordination with Govt officials related Land & Lease matters, security and administration matters.
- Ensure Documentation, Budget monitoring, MIS related to R&R, Land & Lease, Security and administration.
