Our Client : Health Benefits Platform Company
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities with a Pan India sales team
- Grow, mentor, and manage corporate sales team spread across 6 metros
- Interacting with CXOs
- Chase business revenue targets and develop a predictable business strategy
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contractual terms, pricing, and services with the partners
- Keep an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market
- Contribute towards platform development by sharing market requirements
Job Requirements :
- Previous relevant experience of 5-10 years
- Need to handle P&L
- Experience in commercial discussions with customers/ negotiations
- Track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities and closing sales
- The management graduate from a Tier-1 school - Preferred
- Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment
