Job Description:

PopSockets is looking for a driven Head (Enterprise Sales) to represent our brand. If you value ownership and are driven by building business in the charged and exciting environment of a high growth consumer brand, then we might be made for each other.

We are currently seeking a seasoned sales/business development professional to manage and drive sales engagements into a set of Large, Mid and Small enterprise accounts. In this position, you will support the development and execution of the overall Go-to-Market plan with the #1 focus on driving strategic deals to closure to accelerate penetration in the market.

The person should have a good understanding of consumer brands and with exceptional networking and negotiation skills to get custom PopSockets grips into the hands of businesses to help promote their brand.

Key role responsibilities:

- A pure Sales Role with full ownership of revenues for the enterprise segment in the Indian market. He/she will be responsible for driving exponential Revenue.

- Create GTM that shall work for the region.

- Create and maintain the list of end users or enterprise accounts (Large, Mid and Small) in the region across different verticals such as Fashion Industry, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Beverages/Food, Banks/Credit Cards, and Hotels among others.

- Create and nurture a strong qualified pipeline and accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, sales activity and revenue attainment.

- Lead development and pitch strategy for brands / companies, and/or their agencies, in support of company's business goals.

- Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base.

- Lead all contract negotiations to deliver the greatest level of exposure & profitability for the company.

- Maintain and develop relationships with both brands and promotional agencies.

- Develop long-term strategies and shorter term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.

- Become a PopSockets expert- combine your knowledge and understanding of the customer & business to value sell with creative, tailored and business contextual pitches/presentation

- Understand the product and to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients

Essential skills and experience:

- This job requires high levels of creativity and strategic thinking and you should be as

comfortable pitching and negotiating deals with partners as working crossfunctionally with colleagues in Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Finance, and Legal to launch partnerships that meet the strategic objectives.

- You should also expect to handle day-to-day operations and partnership management with key partners across various verticals, develop and execute on strategic partner initiatives and advocate internally and externally for partners.

- Seasoned experience in corporate marketing, brand partnerships, or agency side on partnerships or promotions.

- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs) and business leaders inside and outside the company

- Experience working in start-up environments

- Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize issues

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans

- Proven track record of revenue delivery and results in a B2B environment

- P&L management
