Head Corporate Sales

- Formulating business strategies in line with organizational business objectives.

- Preparing business plans-, short- and long-term budgets and establishing goals for the achievement of larger corporate goals.

- Developing and executing effective marketing plans, keeping in view achievement of agreed market share, volume and profit objectives.

- Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, and meeting of individual and group targets.

- Mapping clients requirements with the product profile. Generating business from new accounts and expanding existing client base to achieve consistent profitability.

- Maintaining and building healthy business relationships with key decision makers and getting incremental business from them. Also, delivering enhanced customer satisfaction by ensuring delivery and quality norms are adhered to.

- Handling debt collection mechanisms and identifying probable risks for ensuring timely receipt of money from the clients.

- Imparting training to new recruits and making them wiser to achieve their pre-planned business targets.

- Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure the individual and group targets are met efficiently. To appraise the members on a periodical basis.

- Sales planning and achieving sales targets.

- To keep an eye on big ticket clients and do key account management of the same.

- Identification of new areas and devise strategy for greater sales penetration with respect to the same, thereby ensuring maximum market coverage for the existing product line.

- Managing relationships with the customers and adding to the vertical growth by bringing incremental business from the existing customers.

- Responsible for providing cross-functional support to Operations, Finance, Personnel and Customer Service.

- To keep a track of the competitors strategies and coverage and make plans for deviations, if any.
