- Advanced degree (Masters in Comp. Science or related. PhD .). Education / Doctorate can be from a foreign university.

- Core research experience of several years. Should be an expert in one area of Comp. Sci. with papers and patents to her name.

- Would now like to move, or has already moved away from being a core researcher to applying technology to solve engineering problems.

- Should be capable of managing small teams in applied research projects, and engineering projects.

- Is capable of reaching out to various teams within and outside the organization and collaborating with them. Works in teams - is not an individual contributor. Team Player.

- Can envision and plan a research and tech roadmap, in line with business needs.

- Has demonstrated ability to lead and execute unit-wide initiatives, where something new was created and operationalized by the candidate.

- Has delivered transformational solutions within deadlines. The transformation should have created a significant impact.

- Has interest in technologies and keeps herself abreast of all trends. Likes to learn and acquire new competencies.

- Sound fundamentals in Big Data, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, Crypto-currency and Cloud.
