- Plan and lead effective & efficient management of the organisations modelled programs across India ensuring targeted enrolments, customized Employer-focussed curriculum, training quality, final job placements and job retention tracking

- Plan and lead Employer Connect activities to assess, connect, on-board and retain high-employment Employers who meet the agreed - Get Into- partnership criteria

- Plan and lead scale up of the modelled programs from the existing centers to rest of the centers in India

- Work with Livelihoods Director to develop effective Monitoring & Evaluation tools for the project

- Assists Content & Training teams to develop employment plans based for Youth on appraisals of aptitudes, interests, and personality characteristics, and to plan curriculums accordingly

- Create and lead market scanning activities to target the right Employers with the right vacancies & pay scale for - Get Into- project partnerships

- Contact prospective employers to determine needs and work back with the Content & Training teams to create, test, roll out and monitor customized courses

- Leads in conducting survey studies through various tools & techniques to gather labor market information, such as prevailing wages, hours, training, and employment possibilities

- Arranges on-campus Employer visits, Taster Days, interviews between employers and graduating students to facilitate placement of graduates

- Build partnerships multi-sector Employers, Industry bodies, Govt. backed agencies, etc.

- Develop high quality, bespoke, creative presentations and proposals and partnership agreements, understanding the needs of the target audience

- Organize various Employer and Industry Practitioners event for networking, awareness building of the program Placement drives etc
